![]() ![]() Time went through and more and more people kept moving to VScode, to the point that I receive social pressure to move from Atom as a regular basis, "VSCode is faster, leave Atom". In those times VSCode was clearly faster than Atom, but I was too used to my editor to switch. When VSCode was announced, I was curious and tried to switch but I didn't like the UI in general. It's simple and has all the features I need, I'm not looking for an IDE with tons of features, so Atom has been good enough for me, just text highlight, linting and a feature here and there. I've been in Atom since the first public beta.
